Winter Lake Superior Wedding, The Camellia

Lake Superior in all its Winter glory! Are you contemplating a Winter wedding? For some, this might be the only time that meshes with their work schedules, or you just love Winter and want to get married in the snow! Lake Superior  is the perfect backdrop for a Winter Wedding.

This would be my first choice, the gazebo at Leif Eriksom Park, on London Road, In Duluth, MN.Here's the link:http://www.goduluthmn.com/leif-erikson-park-and-duluth-rose-garden.html. What a pretty spot!

If the ceremony was in the evening, I would  light candles in large  wooden lanterns. try our Sweet Orange soy candles, the fragrance is uplifting.

No arguing with the fact that the snow provides a nice clean backdrop for photos, for the Bride I would choose a cream or sepia-toned gown, complete with a Fur cape and mittens. This is the view in our back 40, after a recent snowfall.

Pretty, isn't it?

Of course, in these winter temperatures, fresh flowers don't do so well. The ones in the above photo would most likely freeze. So what can you do?

You can order custom Faux botanical bouquets from us! They are custom designed to your colours and will last, and last!
